AI Governance Consultant

<p>Join our growing AI Governance practice to help Fortune 500 companies deploy AI responsibly. You will work directly with enterprise clients to assess AI risks, build governance frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance.</p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Conduct AI risk assessments and compliance gap analyses</li><li>Design and implement AI governance frameworks</li><li>Advise clients on EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory requirements</li><li>Lead bias audits and fairness evaluations for AI systems</li><li>Develop training programs and documentation for client teams</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance</li><li>Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their risk profiles</li><li>Familiarity with AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)</li><li>Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience with risk management frameworks</li><li>MBA, JD, or advanced degree in relevant field preferred</li></ul>
